Building a house in Latvia.
For industrially manufactured modular houses with a built-up area of up to 60 sq.m. no construction project required. They are provided for easier coordination, the building management plan, shown on the land boundary plan, and the technical passport of the building, which is issued by the building manufacturer, must be submitted to the building authority.

This is an energy-efficient modular building, which is structurally designed in such a way that it can be transported and lifted with a  crane with partial or full finishing.
This type of house is placed on columnar (steel screw piles, concrete piles, columnar concrete) foundation.
